Direct (sale): indicated for suppliers that possess great amount of products or desire to eliminate supplies. In this process, the supplier informs which products are available, the amount, and the minimum price agreed to sell.
Reverse (purchase): this one is for companies whose objective is to get lower prices in a great amount of items or special conditions. In the reverse auction, the company informs what it needs to acquire and the maximum value that can pay.

 Confer the main electronic tools that compose the Websupply Auction:

Electronic auction: a tool to open the auction where the products, amount, unit, stated period for reply and for delivery, conditions of payments, maximum price (direct) or minimum (reverse) are described. It can attach files that refer to the requested items (full pictures, descriptions, spread sheets);

Simultaneous sending: your company chooses the suppliers of its catalogue (any company can be registered) or the suppliers of Websupply to be notified about the auction. The suppliers will receive a password to access Websupply to send their bids. Re-dispatch of notification: tool to dispatch the notification or to inform the new suppliers;

Accompaniment of the responses: Websupply processes received bids and makes a report with the best prices. This way, your company gets the best proposals in real time;

To create Order: after comparing and approving the bids, your company can directly finish the purchase or sale with the winning company;

Electronic catalogue: this tool allows you to add products to your customized catalogue which is also used in Quotation;

Partner's Registration: this tool allows you to add partners to your customized catalogue which is also used in the module of Quotation.
