The electronic quotation is the most efficient way
to make orders to different partners. With this module, your company can
obtain the orders and responses, customize catalogue of products, register
partners and execute the purchases.
Electronic quotation: tool to create the order; it describes products,
amount, stated period for reply, delivery and conditions of payments. It
can also attach requests referring to archive items (full pictures, descriptions,
spread sheets).
Simultaneous sending: only one order of quotation is sent to all
the necessary partners, that receive an access password to Websupply to
send their quotations.
Redispatchment of order: interrupted or already sent orders of quotation
can be rescued and sent again. This is possible because, when opening a
new order, Websupply automatically stores it in the data base.
Accompaniment of answers: Websupply processes the received quotations
and offers a report with the best prices.
Shop: after comparing and approving the quotations, the company can
request products from this module, even from different partners. This way,
the quoted products can be acquired at the moment of the approval.
Electronic catalog: allows you to add products in your customized
catalogue. This catalogue is also used in the module Reverse Auction.
Partners registration: allows you to add any partners into
your customized catalogue, it is also used in the module of Reverse Auction.
