Privacy Policy
When your company becomes part of Websupply it automatically agrees with
the Privacy Policies, as well as, when registering the login, all the
users also commit to fulfill these policies.
Physical security
The physical site of Websupply is protected by equipments and programs
(firewall) that guarantee your integrity;
All infrastructure is duplicated to create an environment of high availability;
The power plant of private emergency provides an unlimited life;
Public links are directly connected to the backbone of Embratel (Brazilian
Company of Communication SA) through a system of microwaves and satellites,
and alternatively by cable.
Logical Security
Websupply offers each user a login and password with exclusive access
in cryptographic writing; the masters and general administrator of each
company can define the profile of each user according to its necessities;
The passwords will be terminated on the fifth invalid attempt; and the
password can only be discharged by Websupply´s customer attendance.
The critical transactions are notarized through the system for
SSL (secure sockets layer); All the data is kept in an automatic backup
that is made every 30 minutes; The site, in normal conditions, is available
24 hours a day and the Bed Technician during the commercial time; All
the images can be protected by latent identification of its suppliers;
As an additional security, Websupply can only be configured to receive
and transmit data from an IP validated by the company.
Security in the Financial Transactions
All data of financial operations is protected, and in case of using a
credit card, the operation is made directly with the card administrator,
preventing the traffic through Websupply or its suppliers.
Contribution
Even with all these precautions, your contribution is the most important
factor in our security project:
Do not give the login and password to other people; do not use the credit
card in the presence of strangers; If any suspicion of fraud, attempt
with the password or improper use of the credit card may occur, immediately
inform the security of your company and Websupply.
