Electronic solicitation: the order is carried through the supplier
electronic catalogue, that contains all the products information, including
pictures and descriptions techniques;
User's management and cost center: the person responsible for the
purchases determines who will control each department, defining the expenses
for each employee or center of cost;
Order Approval:all the orders can be approved and/or altered by the
supervisor (or the defined approver);
Description of order: the orders, including the interrupted ones
(not finished by any reason) are recorded automatically into the data base
of Websupply and can be consulted and recovered at any time;
Management Reports: for more control and security, Websupply offers
a written report the of purchases effected by cost center, user, product
or supplier as well as, notes in electronic versions;
Integration ERP: Websupply allows integration with management systems
(ERP), such as SAP, Datasul, Peoplesoft, J.D. Edwards and system legacies,
through a standard interface;
Master User: creates profile of other users, validates center of
costs and approves the registration;
Tracking of order: the order is monitored from the time it 's sent
to the merchandises delivery ;
Messages: system of messages swap between the users of Websupply.
